Shopping Trolleys

Manufacture
A solid steel axle is mounted on the base of each basket using wooden blocks, and held in place using nylock nuts. Two 6" wheels, which run on bearings, are then mounted on the axle and are held in place with stainless steel dome nuts, giving a smart finish. These shopping trolleys are designed to carry up to 15lbs (7kg).

Options
We make to measure, so you can choose the size of your trolley (particularly the height) to fit the person who's going to use it. The details you'll need to decide on are (click on the diagram below for an enlargement):

  • trolley height (floor to top of handle)
  • basket height (just the wickerwork).
  • basket width (at the top)
  • front to back (at the top)

    Postage & packing price for trolleys ranges from £18-25 for addresses within mainland UK.
