Wooden-based Trays

Personalised Trays (for plain trays, see below)

As a special present for any event, have your tray personalised!

  • Christmas (name, year, etc.)
  • Anniversary (names, dates, silver/ruby/gold, etc.)
  • Birthday (name, age, message, etc.)
  • Wedding (names, date, etc.)
  • Baby's birth (name, date, etc.)
  • Retirement or Leaving (name, date, organisation, etc.)

    All letters are hand-painted, using enamel paint over a natural or stained plywood base, then protected with varnish or wax as you prefer. You can also choose the colour of paint, eg. white for a wedding; blue or pink for a baby; ruby-, silver- or gold-coloured for an anniversary. Please telephone if you'd like to place and order, or just discuss an idea.

    Finish
    Our plywood tray bases are available in several different finishes:

  • painted personalisation with varnish (see above)
  • natural wood
  • waxed
  • wood stain (example shown)

    Borders
    There are two types of border available:

  • simple border with finger holes
  • heavy border (no need for finger holes)

    Willow Colour
    There are three colours of willow available:

  • buff (rich brown stripped willow)
  • brown (unstripped willow - with the bark)
  • white (creamy white stripped willow)

    Prices

  • Trays are priced from £17 (not inc. p&p)
  • Personalisation costs 50p per letter in addition to the cost of the basket.
